The Congolese Development Center (CDC) serves newcomers from diverse cultural backgrounds from many parts of the world.  CDC provides services in a culturally and linguistically appropriate manner. CDC has been working with other providers, such as New American Center, International Institute of New England ​, Refugee Immigrant and Assistance Center, Catholic Charities Boston, Jewish Family Services, to welcome and help many individuals and families here in Massachusetts.

What we do

CDC collaborate with our partners to deliver direct services to eligible refugees and immigrants. Services and programs are provided in a culturally and linguistically appropriate manner.

Our Case management program help newly arrived refugees and immigrants to ease their transition into their new lives in USA. CDC helps individuals and families with referrals for services, assistance with benefits, social adjustment, interpretation, and translation. CDC helps facilitate the health and well-being of refugees, remove cultural and linguistic barriers to employment, assist refugees to achieve self-sufficiency on all levels, including financial independence.
